The Nominal Ledger Options
Sage Line 50 analyses all of your transactions to Nominal Ledger accounts. These accounts let you see quickly where your money is, where it comes from and where it is going. With this information, you can make quick and effective decisions about your business and keep your finances under control.
When you ran the ActiveSetup Wizard, Sage Line 50 created for you a set of Nominal Ledger accounts, although you can add, edit or delete these as required. If you opted to create your own nominal ledger accounts structure, Sage Line 50 only creates Nominal Ledger Control Accounts for you.
Every Nominal Ledger account currently set up in Sage Line 50 is displayed in the Nominal Ledger window list box. Use this list box to select the nominal account(s) you want to work with, then choose the option you require from the Nominal Ledger window toolbar.
You can restrict the number of nominal accounts shown in this list box, e.g. to show only Control Accounts, by using the Search button.
